THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING TO SWIM @ A YOUNG AGE

Swimming is great exercise, and swimming lessons for your young child encourages an active, healthy lifestyle. Swimming also helps to develop your little one's gross motor skills, which is critical for children under the age of 5. Younger children learn to interact socially with other students in the swimming class, to follow directions and to pay attention to their swimming instructor. Swimming lessons also teach your child water safety and can prevent accidental drowning.
