1st Alternating breathing session with this little one...


 

Focus.....


 

Breathing on both sides while swimming, creates smooth, even strokes. Alternating breathing, gets a better balance in the water and also develop uniform muscles....


 

Kicking plays a important part especially to younger swimmers....

Swimming is a full-body movement, and efficiency comes from developing coordination between your upper and lower body. The kick provides stability, improved body position and propulsion--all components necessary for a more efficient freestyle....




 The 1st video shows that the swimmer was kicking way too low and wide....

The 2nd Video shows that the kicking is much better...will improve through more training...

Streamline (Swimming)


 Streamline form is a swimming technique that is used underwater in every stroke. The form is used, usually along with a dolphin kick or flutter kick, to create the least amount of resistance to help the swimmer propel as far as they can...

I believe it is important for all coaches to introduce this technique to all ....pre competitive or leisure swimmers & I'm glad to see my swimmers practise the right way...👍
