Great under water work,

Its time to stop the catch-up frontcrawl...

Backstroke kick...

The backstroke provides you with a whole-body workout that's especially beneficial to the latissimus dorsi muscle (also known as the “lats”) in your back. It also works out your chest, arms, legs, glutes and core. Consistent swimming on your back will help these major muscle groups grow stronger.

This little one is ready for his club swim assessment ...

The swimmers are Practicing flip turns with & without fins....

 Flip Turn Tips

Tight ball.
Approach wall fast (with momentum)
Don't glide into the wall.
Don't lift head up to breath right before the wall.
Use the T on bottom/flip at an arms length.
Push off on your back.
Don't breath on the breakout stroke – it kills speed off streamline.

Slowly but surely, this cuties can do it....👏👏👏
