Snorkel, Fins & Paddles


 

Snorkel...Both, beginners and advanced swimmers will benefit from using a swim snorkel.


Fins...Fins enhance propulsion, which allows swimmers to maintain better body alignment, strengthen leg muscles, increase ankle range of motion, and simulate race conditions for practicing key skills like turns and underwater kicks at higher speeds. 


Paddles...Swimmers can benefit from using paddles to build strength, refine technique, and increase power and speed in their strokes.
