Streamline

A streamline is the closest position a swimmer can achieve that's similar to a fish, dolphin, or whale. This position has the LEAST amount of drag associated with it, and also clocks in some of the swimmer's HIGHEST speeds. ... That is why we use a streamline to keep the speed up for as long as we can.

Survival Backstroke

Survival Backstroke is effective in both rescue and survival situations. It is a great stroke for maintaining energy levels as it can be done as slowly as necessary.

Starts young....

KICKING....

Another example of strong kicking across a distance of 10m from a 7 years old...

Flip turns session...

Freestyle and backstroke are the two variations of flip turns. Done correctly, they speed up a swimmer while allowing a brief respite from swimming

KICKING....

As I always mentioned, kicking is important for swimming...& Have to start early, start s at a young age ...

ACHIEVEMENT

As a coach, it feels good when the amount of effort that u have put in ....the result is .... awesome.

This 6.5 years old started the lesson almost 2years ago with little knowledge of swimming , now is able to complete a 25m swim with nice streamline & underwater work...off course, there's room for improvement...👍💪
