Does Coaching Changes My Life

Swimming coaches help swimmers of different ability levels to improve their technique, fitness and performance in the water using a range of exercises, and fitness and dietary programmes. Being a swimming coach involves a range of activities.
Been a swimming coach also changes the character of the coach ( Me ).
I have learned to be more patience, learned to explain to them every single movement, learned to motivate them. Learned to talk to the kids before the session start, try to know the kids` character more. Explain to the parents how's the kids` progress. Always keep in mind, they are just kids. Off course I`m not perfect, I do make mistakes.
Everyday is a learning session to me,
So does coaching change my life?......Yes

No Goggles

Water confidence....... I always Ask the swimmers to swim without a goggles @ the end of the session. I personally feels that from this practice, it will increase the confidence level of a learn-to-swim kid...

Breaststroke

To improve your breaststroke technique your body position should be with your head facing forward in line with your body. Keep your shoulders, hips and legs as horizontal as possible but slope your body slightly to allow the leg kick to stay beneath the water.
